Apparently, many are considering cashing in on their property holdings in China. Yes, it may be the right decision to make.
The trend leader is the Hong Kong Tycoon Li Ka-shing who has unloaded its Chinese property assets over the recent years. Here is a report from WSJ “In Chinese Property, Smart Players Are Selling“.
He is not alone. Many small property owners are also ready to sell. I have received a few inquiries from foreign property owners about selling their properties in Shanghai and other cities in China.
The point is that no one is sure about whether the property market has reached its peak. When people are selling, there are people who buy.
So in a different wording, are you sure you are following the trend, not the crowd?
